Multicraft is op zoek naar een Commercieel en Technisch Beheerder Vastgoed voor in de regio Het Gooi.

Ben jij een veelzijdige vastgoedprofessional die energie krijgt van afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en directe impact? In deze functie combineer je commercieel inzicht met technische kennis en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse beheer van een brede en diverse vastgoedportefeuille. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen huurders, collega's en externe partijen en zorgt ervoor dat woningen en commerciële objecten in optimale staat verkeren — vandaag én in de toekomst.

Je bent betrokken bij het volledige beheerproces: van huurmutaties en contractvorming tot onderhoud, inspecties en strategische vraagstukken. Dankzij jouw scherpe blik, daadkracht en communicatieve vaardigheden weet je belangen af te wegen en beslissingen te nemen die bijdragen aan kwaliteit, continuïteit en huurderstevredenheid.

Werkzaamheden:

• Commercieel beheer van vastgoedportefeuille met woningen, garages, parkeerplaatsen, winkels, kantoren en bedrijfsruimten;

• Beheer van het huurmutatieproces, van huuropzegging, huurprijsbepaling tot het contractueel vastleggen van nieuwe huurders en verlenging van bestaande contracten;

• Deelname aan interne ontwikkelings- en verwervingsprocessen van nieuwe vastgoedbeleggingsobjecten uit eigen ontwikkelingsportefeuille;

• Uitvoering van huurderstevredenheidsonderzoeken, rapportage van resultaten ten behoeve van ISO certificering en kwaliteitsverbetering.

Functie-eisen: - Gedegen technische basiskennis met een goed gevoel voor commercie. Kennis op het gebied van elektra-, loodgieters- en timmerwerk is een pré;

• Zelfstandig, doelgericht, stressbestendig en nauwkeurig;

• Communicatief vaardig, zowel in woord als geschrift en geen moeite om klanten ook in het Engels te woord staan;

• Vaardig met 4PS of gelijkwaardig softwarepakket voor de bouw en Microsoft toepassingen zoals Word, Excel en Outlook.
