Multicraft is op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider E (project) voor in de regio Amsterdam.

Als Werkvoorbereider E ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goed laten verlopen van elektrotechnische projecten en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op tijd geregeld is, zodat het werk veilig en volgens planning uitgevoerd kan worden.

Dankzij jouw voorbereiding is alles op orde: van materialen en planning tot de technische afstemming. Je houdt het overzicht, denkt vooruit en zorgt dat eventuele knelpunten op tijd worden opgelost. Je werkt aan verschillende projecten binnen de utiliteit, wat zorgt voor afwisseling en uitdaging in je werk.

Werkzaamheden:

• Voorbereiden en coördineren van elektrotechnische werkzaamheden;

• Bestellen van materialen en bewaken van levertijden;

• Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en meerwerk;

• Opstellen en controleren van werkplanningen en projectdocumentatie;

• Afstemmen met monteurs, engineers en klanten;

• Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van projecten.

Functie-eisen: - Een afgeronde MBO- of HBO-opleiding richting Elektrotechniek heeft;

• Technische tekeningen en schema's kan lezen en interpreteren;

• Zelfstandig werkt en het overzicht bewaart in een dynamische omgeving;

• Ervaring heeft als werkvoorbereider binnen de installatietechniek (E);

• Communicatief sterk is en goed kan schakelen met verschillende partijen.
