1e lijn support engineer Je hebt de eerste stappen in IT-support gezet en bent klaar voor meer inhoud en meer ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Bij Advisor werk je als Support Engineer in een team met veel kennis om je heen. Je pakt niet alleen tickets op, maar houdt ook overzicht en denkt mee in oplossingen. Je groeit door naar de 2e lijn en daarna verder richting beheer of specialisaties als Security, Network, Compute of Workplace. Tegelijk werk je in een informele omgeving waar je samen luncht en waar ook ruimte is om te gamen of een potje te darten. Mijdrecht 40 uur ICT Wat ga je doen? Als Support Engineer ben jij een belangrijke schakel op de servicedesk. Je zorgt dat eindgebruikers snel verder kunnen, houdt overzicht in de dagelijkse support en denkt mee in oplossingen. Daarmee is dit een mooie stap voor iemand die toe is aan meer verantwoordelijkheid en wil doorgroeien richting de 2e lijn, beheer of specialisaties als Security, Network en Workspace. Om deze rol goed te vervullen, houd jij je dagelijks bezig met: - Oppakken, analyseren en zelfstandig oplossen van binnenkomende tickets. - Bewaken van de voortgang en het behouden van overzicht op de servicedesk. - Afstemmen met klanten, collega's en interne teams over de status. - Registreren van incidenten en oplossingen in Autotask. - Meedenken over hoe support slimmer en beter kan. Wat breng je mee? Je past goed in deze rol als je al hebt geleerd hoe support werkt en nu meer regie wilt pakken. Je communiceert makkelijk met klanten en collega's, houdt overzicht en pakt verantwoordelijkheid in je werk. Tegelijk blijf je nieuwsgierig en durft door te vragen als dat nodig is. Daarnaast: - Minimaal mbo-3 werk- en denkniveau hebt en een relevante studierichting. - Ongeveer 3 jaar ervaring in IT-support of een vergelijkbare servicegerichte rol. - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
