Voor een sfeervol horecabedrijf in de regio Akkrum, met een prachtig terras aan het water, zijn we op zoek naar een 1e Medewerker Bediening. Deze eetgelegenheid is het hele jaar door dagelijks geopend voor gasten die overdag komen genieten van een hapje/drankje of hun bestelling komen ophalen. Wil jij deel uitmaken van een enthousiast team en een spilfunctie vervullen tussen de keuken, de bediening en onze gasten? Lees dan snel verder!

Als 1e Medewerker Bediening ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van de medewerkers in de bediening en zorg je ervoor dat onze gasten een onvergetelijke ervaring hebben. Je bent bereid om zelf ook actief mee te helpen bij de bediening en hebt een belangrijke rol in het inwerken van nieuwe medewerkers. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van HACCP-normen en zorg je voor een efficiënte samenwerking tussen de keuken en de bediening.

Wat ga je doen?

Aansturen en begeleiden van medewerkers in de bediening/ Fungeren als spil tussen de keuken, bediening en gasten/ Zelf actief meewerken in de bediening/ Nieuwe medewerkers inwerken en ondersteunen/ Toezien op de naleving van HACCP-normen en kwaliteitsstandaarden/Zorgen voor een gastvrije en prettige sfeer voor onze bezoekers.

Wat bieden wij jou?

Een functie van 18-38 uur per week, afhankelijk van jouw beschikbaarheid/ Werktijden van 10.00 tot 18.00 uur/ Salaris conform CAO: 15,00 - 18,00 euro bruto per uur/ Reiskostenvergoeding: 0,23 euro per km/ Een dynamische werkomgeving op een prachtige locatie/ Bij gebleken geschiktheid kans op een vaste aanstelling.
