Dan maken wij graag kennis met je! - 1e monteur steigerbouw Wat je doet. Als 1e monteur steigerbouw zorg je ervoor dat onze collega's veilig op hoogte kunnen werken. Je bouwt vooral gevelsteigers bij woningen waar de bewoners gewoon thuis zijn. Dat maakt jouw werk heel afwisselend en uitdagend. Je werkt netjes en houdt rekening met de mensen en hun omgeving die in de woning wonen. Van een blok eengezinswoningen tot een complete flat: jij zorgt dat alles stevig in de steigers staat! Op projectlocatie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie, controle en oplevering van onze aluminium steigers. Je werkt zelf mee, houdt het overzicht en zorgt er samen met je ploeg voor dat alles veilig en volgens planning verloopt. Jouw week? Geen project is hetzelfde dus je zult op veel verschillende plekken komen. - Samen met de uitvoerder en/of voorman van het project stem je de dagelijkse werkzaamheden af; - Je monteert gevelsteigers, past ze aan waar nodig en demonteerd ze zodra het werk erop zit; - Ook monteer en demonteer je rolsteigers en breng je valbeveiligingen aan; - Je verdeelt het werk en stuurt de steigermonteurs in je ploeg aan; - Je monteert steigers volgens tekening en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren; - Je houdt toezicht op de werkmethoden en veiligheidsvoorschriften van Willems; - Loopt iets niet zoals gepland? Dan stem je technische en organisatorische knelpunten af met de uitvoerder steigers. Kortom: jij steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen én zorgt dat je ploeg veilig en lekker kan doorwerken.
