Jouw uitdaging als 1e Servicemonteur WTB Als 1e Servicemonteur WTB verricht je onderhoud- en servicewerkzaamheden aan (complexe) installaties van onze klanten. Jij onderhoudt, repareert en modificeert installaties van uiteenlopende aard, stelt deze in bedrijf en regelt ze in, binnen de gestelde tijd en conform aanwijzingen. Lokaliseert storingen, verhelpt deze en controleert installaties op gebreken of dreigende defecten. Je verzorgt schriftelijke rapportage over uitgevoerd onderhoudswerk en/of storingen en zorgt voor de benodigde administratie. Je neemt deel aan storingsdiensten samen met een _ong en ambitieus team. Met jouw dienstverlenende instelling zorg je samen met het team voor een maximale in- en externe klanttevredenheid Wat biedt Unica jou? Salaris van minimaal € 3450 en maximaal € 4460 (schaal 7). Je startsalaris bepalen we op basis van je ervaring en expertise. Een fijne Unica auto of bus compleet uitgerust met topkwaliteit gereedschap. Onze planning denkt met je mee. Zit je een keer in de knoei met je werktijden, dan wordt er in overleg flexibel gekeken naar de mogelijkheden. Je werkt binnen de regio "groot" provincie Drenthe. Ja, ook hier draaien we storingsdienst. Maar gelukkig sta je hierin niet alleen, samen met het team zorg je voor een bezetting die voor iedereen haalbaar is. Genoeg tijd om op vakantie te gaan met 25 vakantie- en 13 ADV-dagen Goed pensioen bij PMT en korting bij zorgverzekeraars Zilveren Kruis en CZ Korting bij Unica leveranciers zoals Boels, Grohe, Fietsvoordeelshop en nog veel meer. richting werktuigbouwkunde / installatietechniek; Geldig VCA; Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in technisch beheer; Relevante cursussen zijn altijd welkom (zoals richting koeling of meet- en regeltechniek); Dat je een auto kan en mag besturen; Dat je de Nederlandse taal beheerst. #LI-RV2 Jouw team Je gaat werken binnen Unica Building Services Emmen; dé one-stop-shop voor gebouw gebonden techniek.
