De Spierings mobiele torenkraan is een begrip in de verticale transportwereld. Spierings heeft de torenkraan op wielen gezet en bedacht zo het beste van twee werelden. We weten allemaal dat de torenkraan de kraan der kranen is. Spierings wist dat ook en zag het als een uitdaging om juist met die torenkraan aan de haal te gaan en m brutaal op wielen te zetten. Want het enige dat een torenkraan beter kan maken, is een partij wielen eronder. Haal het maximale uit een kraan. Spierings Mobile Cranes heeft dan ook een duidelijke groeiambitie, Lift jij met ons mee to the max? Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Het geven van instructies aan kraanmachinisten bij aflevering van de mobiele torenkraan alsook hen op een efficiënte wijze ondersteunen middels het beantwoorden van (technische) vragen in geval van het gebruik van en bij storingen van onze mobiele torenkranen. Je activiteiten bestaan uit: - Het geven van persoonlijke instructies. - Het telefonisch beantwoorden van technische vragen. - Het verrichten van een correcte registratie in de storingsdatabase. - Informatievoorziening aan de collega Servicedesk medewerkers alsook Service Engineers. - Het geven van terugkoppeling aan afdeling R & D ten aanzien van regelmatig terugkerende storingen en problemen vanuit het veld.
