Onbekend Publicatiedatum: 5 okt 2026 OnbekendOnbekend Omschrijving functie: Voor de Unit Integraal Toezicht Bouw (ITB) bij Omgevingsdienst Zuid-Holland Zuid (OZHZ), zijn wij op zoek naar een handhavingsinspecteur voor het team Inspectie Huisvesting. De inspecteur houdt zich bezig met toezicht en handhaving op onzelfstandige bewoning, illegale splitsing en samenvoeging van panden alsmede het bewonen van objecten in strijd met het omgevingsplan en de voorschriften van het Bbl. Inspecteurs gaan altijd samen op inspectie. Omschrijving werkzaamheden: De inspecteur voert samen met een collega inspecteur inspecties uit in de avonduren. De bereidheid tot het tweemaal per week werken in de avonduren is dan ook een vereiste. De inspecteur draagt zorg voor de vastlegging van de bevindingen en de daaruit volgende schriftelijke communicatie met partijen en betrokkenen.. De inspecteur deelt de uitkomsten van de inspecties indien nodig met andere betrokken partijen. Indien een machtiging tot binnentreden gebruikt wordt, gaat er in ieder geval ook een agent en een slotenmaker mee.
