PRO Emmen zoekt uiterlijk per februari 2027, een docent met een 2e graads bevoegdheid metaal. Word jij onze nieuwe collega? Dan geef je les aan leerlingen vanaf leerjaar 2. Een groot deel van je lessen zul je samen geven met een instructeur, die gekoppeld is aan het vak 'metaal. Ook begeleid je een aantal bovenbouw (leerjaar 4 en 5) leerlingen als mentor. De aanstellingsomvang is bespreekbaar binnen 0,8 tot 1,0 FTE. Ook is er een mogelijkheid eerder te starten dan 01-02-'27, wat mogelijkheden creëert m.b.t. een meer geleidelijke inwerkperiode en overdracht door de huidige docent. Wij denken dan aan een startdatum van 01-12-'26. Wij bieden een positief werkklimaat, waarbij ruimte is voor ontwikkeling en het nemen van eigenaarschap. Algemene informatie over de school Stichting Praktijkonderwijs Emmen e.o., PRO Emmen, is een school voor praktijkonderwijs en is een zelfstandige stichting. De school verzorgt het onderwijs voor ruim 350 leerlingen. Totaal werken er bijna 68 collega's. Wij nodigen je uit om te solliciteren wanneer je een 2e graads bevoegdheid hebt voor het geven van lessen metaal, maar daarnaast affiniteit hebt met het praktijkonderwijs. Salariëring en termijn De salariëring is conform schaal LB, CAO-VO. Vooralsnog gaat het om een tijdelijke aanstelling van een jaar, met uitzicht op een aanstelling voor onbepaalde tijd. Wij zoeken een collega die: • een collega die vanuit zijn vakgebied mee kan werken aan onderwijsvernieuwing. • gedifferentieerd les kan geven in technische vakken als metaalbewerking, lassen en bankwerken. • goed kan samenwerken in een hecht team 'metaal', maar ook in groeps- en teambreed verband en hierbij het belang van de leerling centraal kan stellen; • proactief werkt; • kan handelen naar onze vijf kernwaarden: meesterschap, verrassend, strijdbaar, zelf doen en eigen weg; • een breed scala aan didactische werkvormen en leeractiviteiten kan hanteren binnen het technisch vakgebied; • een ...
