Bij Interstellar zoeken we een 2e Lijns Support Engineer die overzicht houdt, eigenaarschap neemt en meebouwt aan stabiele en toekomstbestendige IT‑omgevingen. Jouw missie Als 2e Lijns Support Engineer zorg jij ervoor dat IT‑omgevingen van onze Managed Services klanten optimaal functioneren. Je pakt complexe incidenten op, analyseert de oorzaak achter het probleem en komt met duurzame oplossingen. Niet alleen door te herstellen wat stuk is, maar door structureel te verbeteren en vooruit te kijken. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor collega's. In deze rol combineer je technische diepgang met verantwoordelijkheid en klantgerichtheid. Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen en beheersen van tweedelijns IT‑vraagstukken. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - complexe incidenten, service requests en changes analyseert en oplost binnen SLA's. - het overzicht bewaart op openstaande tickets en actief verwachtingen managet richting klanten. - proactieve controles uitvoert en verbetermogelijkheden signaleert in IT‑omgevingen. - fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten remote. - documentatie actueel houdt en uitgevoerde acties zorgvuldig vastlegt. - bijdraagt aan procesverbeteringen en kennisdeling binnen het team. - junior collega's begeleidt en ondersteunt in hun ontwikkeling.
