2e Stuurman Chemgas Shipping B.V., Rotterdam Kruiplijncoasters en coasters Introductie Chemgas Chemgas is een gerenommeerd, ambitieus en innovatief bedrijf op het gebied van gastransport, zowel op zee- als op de binnenwateren. Onze zeegaande vloot bestaat momenteel uit zeven coasters en vier kruiplijncoasters. Ons vaargebied strekt zich uit van de Middellandse Zee tot Noordwest-Europa. Wij zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste en gemotiveerde 2e stuurmannen en -vrouwen voor onze kruiplijncoasters en coasters. Wat ga je doen? Jouw passie voor het varen en manoeuvreren komt bij Chemgas helemaal tot haar recht. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor een veilige en goede vaart en alle daaruit voortvloeiende werkzaamheden. Door de hechte en compacte bemanningssamenstelling aan boord leer je in korte tijd niet alleen je collega's goed kennen, maar ook alle facetten die bij het varen horen. De functie is breed. Als 2e stuurman ondersteun je de 1e stuurman en de kapitein op allerlei gebieden, van het aansturen bij het aanmeren en ontmeren van het schip tot het zelfstandig wachtlopen op drukke vaarwateren. Dit betekent dat er van jou een behoorlijke mate van zelfstandigheid wordt verwacht. Ook bij het laden en lossen van de lading, wordt er van je verwacht dat je deze operaties zelfstandig kan leiden. Wat vragen wij van jou? Je hebt oog voor veiligheid, milieu en gezondheid en daarnaast werk je graag in teamverband. Verder vragen wij het volgende: - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de functie van 2e stuurman of hoger; - Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - Je beschikt over enige technische kennis van schepen, ladingbehandeling en producten; - Vaarbevoegdheidsbewijs Chief Mate <3000 GT of Officer in Charge of a Navigational Watch; - Monsterboekje; - Zeevaartkeuring; - STCW A-VI/1 Basic Safety certificaat; - STCW A-VI/2-1 Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats other than Fast Rescue Boats; -...
