Als 3-assige frezer werk je dagelijks aan het produceren van serieproducten in een hightech productieomgeving. Je staat aan moderne CNC freesmachines en werkt volgens duidelijke werkorders en technische tekeningen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de machine productiegereed is, stelt deze correct in en bewaakt het proces tijdens het draaien van de series. Tussendoor voer je product- en procescontroles uit en signaleer je afwijkingen. Zie je iets wat beter kan of niet klopt, dan stem je dit af met de werkplaatschef. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst, waardoor je werk afwisselend blijft en geen dag hetzelfde is. Wij bieden: - Een salaris tussen €2.600 en €3.400 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring; - Werken in een schone, moderne en hightech productieomgeving; - Een functie in 2-ploegendienst met afwisselende werktijden; - Bij goed functioneren uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling; - Mogelijkheden voor opleiding, training en persoonlijke ontwikkeling; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de productie of verspaning; - Een prettige, informele werksfeer met gemotiveerde collega's; - Extra aandacht voor vitaliteit en gezamenlijke activiteiten. Wij vragen: - Je hebt minimaal een mbo niveau 2 opleiding richting verspaning afgerond; - Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring als CNC frezer; - Je hebt kennis van materialen en verspanende gereedschappen; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en kunt omgaan met productiedruk; - Je bent flexibel en vindt het geen probleem om in 2-ploegen te werken; - Affiniteit met metaaltechniek is belangrijk, ook als zij-instromer.
