Als Commercieel Manager werk je aan de verdere ontwikkeling en positionering van onze verduurzamingspropositie binnen de bestaande woningbouw. Je bent een strategische denker met een scherp oog voor klantbehoeften en marktontwikkelingen en weet commerciële kansen te vertalen naar haalbare en onderscheidende proposities. Daarmee speel je een sleutelrol in het realiseren van onze groei‑ en duurzaamheidsambities binnen BAM Wonen. Wat ga je doen In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het commerciële en inhoudelijke traject van verduurzamingsprojecten in de bestaande bouw, met een duidelijke focus op het verder neerzetten en uitbouwen van de VvE‑propositie. Je werkt aan acquisitie, tendertrajecten en ontwikkelopgaven en verbindt markt, klant en interne organisatie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het ontwikkelen, positioneren en uitbouwen van de VvE‑propositie binnen Verduurzamen. - Het identificeren, uitzetten en verzilveren van komende tenders en commerciële kansen, met name binnen VvE‑verduurzaming en bestaande bouw. - Het acquireren van energetische verduurzamingsprojecten en het actief deelnemen aan tenderprocedu...
