Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende functie als operator binnen een moderne productieomgeving in Aartselaar? Dan is deze vacature zeker iets voor jou! Je start met een aantrekkelijk uurloon vanaf €20, aangevuld met interessante ploegenpremies en maaltijdcheques van €8 per gewerkte dag. Wat ga je doen als operator?

Als operator ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je staat in voor het opstarten, instellen en opvolgen van de productielijnen en zorgt ervoor dat de machines veilig, efficiënt en volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen functioneren. Je volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en grijpt snel in bij kleine storingen of afwijkingen.

Daarnaast registreer je de productiegegevens zorgvuldig en werk je nauw samen met je collega's om de productielijnen zo vlot en efficiënt mogelijk te laten draaien. Je werkt in een 3-ploegenstelsel, waardoor je terechtkomt in een afwisselende functie binnen een stabiele en groeiende onderneming. Dankzij je technisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel draag je elke dag bij aan een kwalitatief eindproduct.
