Jobomschrijving

  • Voeren van 360-gesprekken met kandidaten en hen begeleiden doorheen het volledige selectieproces.
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van je eigen klantenportefeuille.
  • Adviseren van klanten over hun rekruteringsnoden, talent en marktontwikkelingen.
  • Vacatures schrijven, kandidaten zoeken, selecteren en begeleiden.
  • Nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten spotten en actief benutten.
  • Het volledige recruitmentproces van A tot Z beheren, met focus op kwaliteit én resultaat.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma op zak.
  • Eerste werkervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent communicatief, gedreven en leert graag bij.
  • Je hebt een natuurlijke commerciële drive en houdt ervan om resultaten te behalen.
  • Je combineert ambitie met een oprechte interesse in mensen.
  • Je houdt van variatie, verantwoordelijkheid en contact met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je krijgt energie van een omgeving waarin je zelf initiatief kunt nemen en mee het verschil maakt.
