Bij Dutch Spiral werk je aan uiteenlopende werktuigbouwkundige projecten. Denk aan complete installaties voor het verwijderen, wassen, ontwateren en transporteren van roostergoed, zand en slib. Daarnaast werk je aan maatwerkoplossingen waarbij je na een inmeting op locatie de meest efficiënte oplossing ontwerpt voor bijvoorbeeld containerbelading en intern transport. Jouw rol Na de overdracht vanuit de verkoop wordt een project écht jouw project. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Het ontwerpen en uitwerken van installaties in een 3D CAD-programma. - Het maken van werktekeningen, productietekeningen en stuklijsten voor onze eigen productie en montage. - Het onderhouden van contact met klanten gedurende het project. - De inkoop van projectspecifieke onderdelen. - Het bewaken van de planning en voortgang. - Het afstemmen met collega's wanneer productie kan starten. - Het ondersteunen van de productieafdeling tijdens de bouw van de machines. - Het informeren en ondersteunen van onze monteurs bij de installatie op locatie. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je combineert techniek, projectbegeleiding en klantcontact in één veelzijdige functie. Van de eerste tekening tot een werkende installatie op locatie ben jij nauw betrokken bij het gehele traject. Wat vragen wij? - Een afgeronde MBO of HBO opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde. - Ervaring met een 3D CAD-programma. - Technisch inzicht en een praktische instelling. - Oplossingsvermogen, daadkracht en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. - Je bent woonachtig in de regio Groot-Ammers of bent bereid hier dagelijks naartoe te reizen.
