3D Production Manager (m/f/d) Hanoi, Vietnam, Hamburg, Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid, Lissabon, Mailand, London, Stockholm YOUR TASKS:

- Leadership of a motivated 3D production team (Home & Living, Fashion, Retail Industry) - Oversee daily 3D asset production operations, ensuring smooth delivery and efficient workflows - Building, developing and motivating the team in Hanoi - Monitoring, ensuring, and optimizing processes - Organizing and coordinating between the local branch and the German headquarters - Actively contributing to the further development of our company YOUR PROFILE:

- Experience in leadership - Experience in 3D software such as Blender and/or 3DsMax, Vray for good understanding of 3D workflows - Experience in photorealistic 3D visualizations of products (focus on furniture) is a plus - Enjoy working with people and communicating in a solution-oriented manner - High social and communication skills, flexibility and reliability - Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style - Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness - Fluent English (business level) OUR TOP 3 REASONS:

DEINE AUFGABEN:

Führung eines motivierten 3D-Produktionsteams (Bereiche: Home & Living, Fashion, Einzelhandel) Steuerung der täglichen 3D-Asset-Produktion sowie Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe und effizienter Workflows Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation des Teams in Hanoi Überwachung, Sicherstellung und Optimierung von Prozessen Organisation und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Standort vor Ort und der deutschen Zentrale Aktive Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens

DEIN PROFIL:

Führungserfahrung Erfahrung mit 3D-Software wie Blender und/oder 3ds Max sowie V-Ray für ein fundiertes Verständnis von 3D-Workflows Erfahrung in der fotorealistischen 3D-Produktvisualisierung (Schwerpunkt Möbel) ist von Vorteil Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen und lösungsorientierter Kommunikation Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität sowie Zuverlässigkeit Strukturierte, eigenständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsstärke Fließende Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)
