Medewerker Customer Service Locatie VOS Deventer 32 - 40 uur per week Vos Transport Familiebedrijf in hart en nieren In de afgelopen 75 jaar is Vos Transport Group uitgegroeid tot het grootste familiebedrijf van Nederland voor transport naar Noord- en West-Europa. Daarbij is Vos Transport Group al vanaf onze beginjaren te herkennen aan onze eigen rode trucks en rode trailers. Ons eigen materieel stelt ons in staat om onze klanten dag in, dag uit de hoogste kwaliteit betrouwbaar transport te bieden. Om die reden zijn niet alleen wij, maar ook onze opdrachtgevers trots op de rode wagens van Vos Transport Group. Passie voor duurzaam transport Al meer dan 30 jaar zetten wij ons in voor duurzaam transport. Geen wonder dus dat Vos Transport Group in 2010 als een van de eerste wegvervoerders van Nederland de Lean & Green Award ontving. Voor ons een bevestiging van wat wij al die jaren al deden: maatschappelijk ondernemen met oog voor de toekomst. Bij Vos Transport Group begint een goede service bij Customer Service. Een klant moet zich bij ons thuis voelen en wij streven daarbij naar langere termijn relaties met onze klanten. Dat we hier succesvol in zijn blijkt wel uit de vele jarenlange samenwerkingen met gerenommeerde opdrachtgevers. Klant contact, performance management en correcte opdracht verzorging zijn hier een belangrijk onderdeel van. Dit doen we in teamverband en binnen deze afdeling hebben we te maken met nationale en internationale klanten. Als Medewerker Customer Service heb je contact met onze klanten over de juiste afstemming van deze opdrachten en ben je tussenpersoon voor onze planning.
