Wij zijn Wok Restaurant Royal Palace en zoeken drie gepassioneerde Zelfstandig werkende koks I om ons keukenteam te versterken.

Ben je kok en op je best in de keuken? Je voelt je als kok verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en opmaak van gerechten en gerecht gedeelten. Je werkt onder leiding van onze chef-kok of eigenaar, maar je kunt de keuken ook alleen draaiende houden. Je werkt daarnaast samen met je collega-kok en stuurt indien nodig keukenhulp aan. Je werkt volgens vaste instructies m.b.t. ingrediënten, recepturen, werkmethoden en uiterlijke presentaties. Je werkt in het weekend en bent overdag en s avonds beschikbaar. De werkuren en het rooster zijn flexibel.

Wat zijn uw taken:

- Selecteren, voorbereiden (wassen, snijden, mengen e.d.) en bereiden van gerechten volgens receptuur;

- Uitvoeren van tussentijdse controles (gaarheid, smaak, kleur e.d.) en bijsturen waar nodig;

- Zorgen voor consistente kwaliteit en hygiëne;

- Coördineren en aansturen van (hulp)koks en keukenpersoneel;

- Bijhouden van voorraden, bestellen van ingrediënten en controleren van leveringen;

- Dagelijks schoonmaken van de werkomgeving, keukenapparatuur en werkstations;

- Melden van technische mankementen en eenvoudige storingen oplossen;

- Levert input t.a.v. de samenstelling en wijzing van menu’s, kaart en methoden.
