Multicraft is op zoek naar een Medewerker Klantenservice voor in de regio zaandam.

Werken bij een groeiend bedrijf. Met een gedegen inwerktraject van twee tot vijf weken. Waar kansen liggen om jezelf te ontwikkelen, bijvoorbeeld middels traineeships. Multicraft is op zoek naar een Medewerker klantenservice voor in de regio Zaandam.

Het bedrijf waar we het hier over hebben, levert oplossingen op gebied van textiel en bedrijfshygiëne. Om het wat minder abstract te omschrijven: ze verhuren bijvoorbeeld bedrijfskleding, poetsdoeken, matten, bestrijdingsmiddelen voor ongedierte en meer. En deze organisatie heeft een leuke baan open staan, namelijk die van Klantenservicemedewerker.

Waarom is deze functie zo tof? Omdat je meer gaan doen dan alleen maar de hele dag bellen. Dat klantcontact is natuurlijk ook superleuk, maar variatie is nóg leuker! Je bent namelijk echt de spil tussen de klant en de interne organisatie. Je zorgt er niet alleen voor dat de klant zich gehoord voelt en de juiste oplossing van jou krijgt aangeboden, maar je verzorgt ook een aanzienlijk deel administratie. Zo maak je rapportages en verwerk je bestellingen/leveringen, klachten, facturaties, opzeggingen en vraagstukken op operationeel vlak. Maar dat is nog niet alles! Want je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor projectmatige zaken en contractinvoer.

Dat betekent dat ieder contact met een klant, weer een beroep doet op jouw creativiteit om een passende oplossing te vinden;je levert maatwerk!
