Dan is deze rol jou op het lijf geschreven! Als 5S Medewerker ben jij dé drijvende kracht achter orde en netheid in ons magazijn. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de 5S-principes - Sorteren, Schikken, Schoonmaken, Standaardiseren en Standhouden - niet alleen worden toegepast, maar ook écht gaan leven binnen het team. Dankzij jouw inzet blijft ons magazijn niet alleen netjes en efficiënt, maar ook veilig voor iedereen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat collega's met plezier en vertrouwen kunnen werken in een omgeving waar alles klopt. Dat is iets om trots op te zijn: samen realiseren we een magazijn dat bijdraagt aan onze kracht - 98% van ons assortiment direct uit voorraad leverbaar - én aan onze uitstekende klanttevredenheidsscore. Jouw werk maakt het verschil, elke dag. Wat ga je doen? - Controleren van magazijnzones zoals stellingen, werkplekken en looproutes - Uitvoeren van opruim- en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden volgens 5S-standaarden - Zorgen dat materialen en gereedschappen altijd op de juiste plek liggen - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en direct actie ondernemen - Ondersteunen bij het onderhouden van magazijnmaterieel zoals EPT'S - Storingen en defecten signaleren - Samenwerken met collega's om continu verbeteringen door te voeren - Bijdragen aan een veilige, overzichtelijke en efficiënte werkomgeving Wat breng je mee? - Je hebt oog voor detail en houdt van orde en netheid - Ervaring met 5S of Lean is een pré, maar motivatie en enthousiasme zijn het belangrijkst - Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwo...
