In een wereld die steeds verder digitaliseert, wordt de hoeveelheid data exponentieel groter. Data die beschikbaar komen voor onze processen, zoals bijvoorbeeld Geo-data. Maar ook data die door de organisatie wordt geproduceerd, zoals webcam- en dronebeelden of geautomatiseerde samenvattingen van vergaderingen. Als deze ruwe data niet wordt geordend en volgens een systeem wordt ingelezen en opgeslagen, is het slechts 'dure vervuiling' die het zicht op bruikbare informatie vertroebelt. De VRU heeft in haar strategie het Informatie Gestuurd Werken centraal gezet. Om op basis van informatie de juiste beslissingen en het handelingsperspectief te kiezen, is het noodzakelijk dat we erop kunnen vertrouwen dat die informatie van voldoende kwaliteit is en goed vindbaar is. Bij de invoering van M365 is de focus geweest op het werkend krijgen van de gewenste functionaliteit en op de adoptie ervan binnen de organisatie. Nu is het tijd om de inrichting van de informatiehuishouding aan te pakken. Juist vanwege de vele mogelijkheden binnen M365 om samen te werken aan bestanden, informatie in verschillende vormen en op verschillende plekken op te slaan, is een wildgroei ontstaan van ongestructureerde en ongeordende data. Wij zoeken een specialist voor een advies- en implementatieopdracht op het gebied van Microsoft 365-governance en informatiehuishouding. De opdracht is gericht op het verkrijgen van duurzame grip op onze digitale werkomgeving, gebaseerd op bewezen best practices en standaarden. De opdrachtnemer voert deze opdracht zelfstandig uit op basis van eigen expertise, methodiek en professionele inzichten. De opdracht is gericht op het realiseren van concrete verbeteringen en projectresultaten en niet op het structureel uitvoeren van reguliere beheerwerkzaamheden binnen de organisatie.
