Seit nunmehr über 30 Jahren sind wir auf dem Sektor der Personalbereitstellung tätig und wurden sehr bald zu einem wichtigen Partner in Personalfragen namhafter Unternehmen im In- und Ausland. Wir setzen auf ein Miteinander und langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen. Unser Personalservice Team setzt sich aus Fach- & Hilfskräften sämtlicher Branchen (Metall, Holz, Bau etc.) zusammen. 1 9400 Vertriebsorientierter Personaldisponent (m/w/d)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

* Eigenständige Akquise, Betreuung und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen im Bereich Arbeitskräfteüberlassung

* Erstellung von Angeboten, Kalkulationen und Verträgen

* Disposition und Einsatzplanung unserer überlassenen Mitarbeiter:innen

* Durchführung von Bewerbungs- und Einstellungsgesprächen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und Kolleg:innen im Innendienst

* Sicherstellung einer optimalen Kundenzufriedenheit und Mitarbeiterbindung

* Marktbeobachtung und gezielte Neukundengewinnung

IHR PROFIL:

* Erfahrung in der Arbeitskräfteüberlassung oder im Vertrieb von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Eigeninitiative

* Organisationstalent und strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Gespür für deren Fähigkeiten

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Führerschein B erforderlich

ARBEITSORT:

* A-9400 Wolfsberg

ARBEITSBEGINN:

* ab sofort möglich

ARBEITSZEITEN:

* Dauerstelle mit Vollzeitbeschäftigung 38,5 Std/ Woche

* Arbeitszeit nach Absprache mit dem Dienstgeber, Gleitzeit möglich

* Kernarbeitszeit von 08:00 bis 16:00 Uhr
