Als aankomend calculator bouw werk je op het bedrijfsbureau in regio Noord - Brabant in een compact team van drie collega’s. Samen zorg je voor betrouwbare calculaties voor uiteenlopende bouwprojecten in zowel woningbouw als utiliteitsbouw. Je wordt on the job begeleid door een ervaren bouwkundig calculator, die je stap voor stap meeneemt in het vak. In het begin ondersteun je vooral bij het uitwerken van eenvoudige calculaties en het voorbereiden van offertes. Gaandeweg leer je bouwtekeningen en bestekken lezen, bouwmaterialen selecteren en bouwkosten doorrekenen. Je rol sluit nauw aan op de werkvoorbereiding: een goede kostprijsberekening is de basis voor een haalbaar bouwproject. Je hebt veel contact met collega’s op kantoor en op de projecten. Vragen over ramingen, begrotingen of projectadministratie stem je af met projectleiders en werkvoorbereiders. Binnen het bedrijfsbureau fungeer je als inhoudelijke sparringpartner en rapporteer je aan de senior calculator. Deze functie is gericht op groei. In enkele jaren ontwikkel je je van starter met een MBO of HBO Bouwkunde achtergrond naar zelfstandig calculator bouw, die zelfstandig calculaties opstelt en offertes onderbouwt voor projecten in Noord-Brabant.

- Afgeronde MBO Bouwkunde of HBO Bouwkunde opleiding

- Ambitie om je te ontwikkelen tot zelfstandig calculator bouw

- Bereidheid om te leren, inclusief interne en externe opleidingen

- Stressbestendig en in staat om met werkdruk om te gaan

- Bij voorkeur al enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen bouwprojecten

- Woonachtig in de regio Noord-Brabant
