Seit nunmehr über 30 Jahren sind wir auf dem Sektor der Personalbereitstellung tätig und wurden sehr bald zu einem wichtigen Partner in Personalfragen namhafter Unternehmen im In- und Ausland. Wir setzen auf ein Miteinander und langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen. Unser Personalservice Team setzt sich aus Fach- & Hilfskräften sämtlicher Branchen (Metall, Holz, Bau etc.) zusammen. 1 A-9400 Bürokauffrau/-mann ARBEITSORT:

* A- 9400 Wolfsberg

ARBEITSZEITEN:

* Teilzeit oder Vollzeit, 20 bis 38,5 Stunden pro Woche

* Arbeitszeiten in der früh beginnend nach Absprache

ARBEITSBEGINN:

* ab sofort

Für unser Büro in Wolfsberg suchen wir eine zuverlässige Person, die unser Team bei den täglichen Aufgaben unterstützt. Wenn du gerne genau arbeitest, mit Zahlen umgehen kannst und dich am Computer wohlfühlst, freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Stundenlisten nach Vorgaben bearbeiten und Daten erfassen

* Stammdaten und Unterlagen pflegen

* Telefonate entgegennehmen und weiterleiten

* Das Team bei allgemeinen Bürotätigkeiten unterstützen

* Unterlagen ablegen und archivieren

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Gute Computerkenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel

* Genauigkeit und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis

* Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Teamgeist

* Erste Erfahrung im Büro von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse in der Lohnverrechnung von Vorteil

* Gegebenenfalls FSB und privat PKW zum erreichen des Arbeitsortes erforderlich

ENTLOHNUNG:
