Spargle.nl is looking for a Customer Service Manager By Als Manager Customer Service (of Manager Customer Happiness, zoals wij het liever noemen) ben jij de ultiem verantwoordelijke voor het klant-geluk van het bedrijf. Bij dit bedrijf is er maar 1 baas: de klant, en daar geven ze dan ook al hun liefde aan. Jij bent verantwoordelijk dat dit geluk elke dag beter wordt. Je doet dit samen met een van de kernteams: het Customer Happiness Team dat bestaat uit een snelgroeiend team van meer dan 60 mensen die vanaf het Valencia kantoor werken aan 8 verschillende landen. Jij bepaalt de volgende stap voor de Happiness Teams en je bent altijd op zoek naar verbeteringen voor de processen en systemen. Je zorgt dat de teams gemotiveerd zijn, zichzelf blijven ontwikkelen en dat zij hun doelstellingen halen. Samen met jouw team heb je maar 1 doel: klanten super blij maken zodat ze steeds weer terugkomen met hun bestellingen en zodat ze al hun familie en vrienden hierover inlichten. Je bent onderdeel van het management team in Valencia en je staat in close contact met alle teams in Rotterdam. Dit alles maakt dat deze positie onmisbaar binnen het bedrijf. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Je organiseert en runt volledig het contactcentrum, ofwel het Customer Happiness Centre; jij bent de spil in het web en de aanvoer, trainer en coach van het team; - Je managed de dagelijkse organisatie zodat alle service levels worden gehaald en de klanten ultiem tevreden worden; - Je stuurt, coacht en ontwikkelt het team van Team Captains zodat de kwaliteit hoog is en de doelen worden behaald; - Je plant, implementeert en voert de bedrijfsstrategie uit voor alle contactkanalen; - Je streeft continue naar het doorvoeren van verbeteringen en innovaties om de service, processen en systemen te verbeteren en onnodig klantcontact voorkomen.
