Framer Framed is dedicated to reshaping the arts landscape into an inclusive and equitable space for all. Open to everyone and free of charge, we provide a platform for marginalised stories and realities, which serve as the foundation for our research into alternative historical practices and possible futures. Framer Framed is an independent organization dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable cultural landscape. We provide a platform for marginalized stories and perspectives and support artists and thinkers who are structurally excluded from power, resources, and venues. Thanks to the support of our donors, we are able to offer our public activities free of charge. Nevertheless, the Dutch cultural landscape is under increasing pressure, and critical, political, and research-oriented art practices are finding less room for meaningful development. We seek to continue providing the space and resources for this. Through the Supporters Circle, we aim to provide structural support to artists and accommodate artistic practices that fall outside of a strictly delineated art market. We are looking for people who share these values and are willing to commit to it in the long term, both financially and substantively. What does your contribution help make possible? Contributions from friends help us to: • keep our public activities free of charge; • support artists and researchers; • develop programs addressing pressing social and artistic issues; • remain independent in our programming decisions.
