Sr. projectmanager Gebiedsontwikkeling Functie omschrijving Senior Projectmanager Gebiedsontwikkeling (Bouw) Functie Als Senior Projectmanager Gebiedsontwikkeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor de integrale ontwikkeling van het buitenterrein van de campus van UMC Utrecht. Je werkt aan een ambitieus programma met een omvang van circa €150 miljoen en draagt de regie voor realisatie en samenhang tussen projecten en stakeholders. Belangrijke onderdelen van het programma - Ontwikkeling van een nieuw stedenbouwkundig kader en omgevingsplan - Realisatie van een parkeervoorziening met circa 2.600 plaatsen - Vervangende nieuwbouw van het Ronald McDonald Huis - Inrichting van het terrein tot een groene 'common green ' Wat ga je doen? - Leiden van gebiedsontwikkelingsprojecten van planfase tot oplevering; vertalen van ambities naar uitvoerbare programma's van eisen en gedragen ontwerpen. - Bewaken van voortgang, planning en budget; signaleren en beheersen van risico's. - Begeleiden van planologische en juridische trajecten binnen de kaders van de Omgevingswet. - Sturen van ontwerpteams en uitvoerende partijen; beoordelen van plannen en toezien op uitvoering conform afspraken. - Actief stakeholdermanagement: afstemming met gemeenten, provincie, waterschap, partners op het Utrecht Science Park en omwonenden. - Adviseren op bestuurlijk niveau en voorbereiden van besluitvorming; schakelen tussen strategie en uitvoering. Jouw profiel Opleiding en ervaring - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding (bijv. bouwkunde, planologie, vastgoed). - Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring met grootschalige gebiedsontwikkeling (projectomvang > €50 mln). - Ervaring met planologische trajecten en kennis van de Omgevingswet. - Kennis van projectmanagementmethodieken (bijv. Prince2, IPMA).
