YOUR INTERNSHIP ASSIGNMENT Depending on your educational background: Coordination and supervision (Logistics Team Leader, MBO 3): - Guiding and coordinating logistics activities; - Monitoring work processes and safety on the shop floor; - Managing materials, equipment and inventory; - Supporting the execution and improvement of logistics processes. Process optimization and leadership (Logistics Supervisor, MBO 4 or Bachelor): - Overseeing the execution of the overall logistics process and transportation; - Analyzing and improving work processes; - Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders; - Planning capacity and workforce allocation; - Contributing to employee development, recruitment and selection. The final internship assignment will be discussed and agreed upon together with you and your supervisor, taking into account your educational requirements, level, learning objectives and interests, as well as the needs of the department.
