Vergeet het beeld van een stille boekhouddienst waar de klok trager lijkt te lopen. Deze IT-consultancy is opgebouwd zoals goede code: lean, flexibel en voortdurend in ontwikkeling. Jouw missie

Je komt terecht in een team van 6 gedreven finance-collega's en neemt zelf de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de boekhouding van 1 of meerdere entiteiten. Geen micromanagement, wel vertrouwen.

  • Je verzorgt de volledige A-Z maandafsluiting, zelfstandig en met eindverantwoordelijkheid
  • Je legt provisies aan voor time & material contracten, dé kerncompetentie in een consultancyomgeving
  • Je boekt facturen in en verwerkt de bank, vooral in de opstartfase. Naarmate je verder ingewerkt raakt, verschuift dit steeds meer naar de achtergrond
  • Je bouwt mee aan de rapportering samen met de business controller, richting de Trileads (zaakvoerders van de entiteiten)
  • Je schuift mee aan tafel bij de driemaandelijkse gesprekken met business controller en Trilead
  • Je bent volop betrokken bij de ERP-migratie naar Odoo (gepland in september-oktober 2026). Denk van meedenken tot mee testen
  • Op termijn kan je mogelijk ook de boekhouding van de Holding erbij nemen, net dat tikkeltje complexer
  • Je denkt actief mee over AI-implementatie en procesoptimalisatie binnen finance. Handmatig werk automatiseren? Daar geloven we heilig in

Matcht dit met jou?

Je hebt een Bachelor of Master in Accountancy of Finance, of een gelijkwaardig niveau via ervaring opgebouwd. Verder ben je:

  • Vlot in de omgang, open en positief. Energie geven werkt hier veel beter dan energie vragen
  • Jong van geest, ongeacht wat er op je identiteitskaart staat
  • Technologisch nieuwsgierig: je kent je weg in Excel (draaitabellen zijn je beste vriend) en sta je open voor AI en nieuwe tools in plaats van ze te wantrouwen
  • Zelfstandig, en klaar om eindverantwoordelijkheid te dragen zonder dat iemand over je schouder moet meekijken
  • In staat om het "waarom" achter de afsluiting te begrijpen, niet enkel het "hoe"
  • Op zoek naar een plek waar je mee kan opschalen met een bedrijf dat niet stilstaat

Nederlands is een vereiste, Engels een pluspunt in deze internationale, tech-gedreven omgeving.
