Als A-Z Accountant & Administration Coordinator neem je de volledige boekhouding en een brede waaier aan administratieve taken voor je rekening. Je komt terecht bij All-Port, onderdeel van EMI Group, en helpt de financiële en administratieve werking correct en efficiënt te organiseren.

Je werkt zelfstandig, bewaakt de vooropgestelde deadlines en zorgt ervoor dat de financiële administratie steeds volledig en actueel is. Daarnaast onderhoud je contacten met klanten, leveranciers, externe partners en de externe accountant.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Zelfstandig opvolgen van de volledige boekhouding van A tot Z.
  • Inboeken en controleren van aankoopfacturen.
  • Opmaken, verwerken en controleren van verkoopfacturen.
  • Opvolgen van inkomende en uitgaande betalingen.
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betalingen.
  • Verwerken en controleren van bankverrichtingen.
  • Uitvoeren van credit-controlactiviteiten.
  • Bewaken van openstaande klantenvorderingen.
  • Contact opnemen met klanten over achterstallige betalingen.
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van de btw-aangiftes.
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van maandafsluitingen.
  • Verzorgen van de kwartaalafsluitingen.
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van de jaarafsluiting.
  • Bewaken van de deadlines tijdens de verschillende afsluitingen.
  • Afstemmen van financiële en boekhoudkundige rekeningen.
  • Controleren van de juistheid en volledigheid van financiële gegevens.
  • Ondersteunen bij financiële rapporteringen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de externe accountant.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers, klanten en andere partners.
  • Uitvoeren van uiteenlopende financiële en administratieve taken.
  • Bewaken van een correcte en tijdige financiële administratie.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring binnen een brede boekhoudkundige functie is noodzakelijk.
  • De volledige boekhouding van A tot Z kan je zelfstandig opvolgen.
  • Ervaring met aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, betalingen en bankverrichtingen sluit aan bij de functie.
  • Btw-aangiftes kan je correct voorbereiden en indienen.
  • Maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen zijn voor jou vertrouwde processen.
  • Dankzij je nauwkeurigheid blijven de financiële gegevens betrouwbaar en actueel.
  • Zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen passen bij je professionele houding.
  • Deadlines bewaak je zorgvuldig, ook tijdens drukke afsluitingsperiodes.
  • Financiële afwijkingen merk je tijdig op en onderzoek je grondig.
  • Contacten met klanten, leveranciers en externe partners handel je professioneel af.
  • Een gestructureerde aanpak helpt je om boekhoudkundige en administratieve taken te combineren.
  • Discretie en betrouwbaarheid zijn vanzelfsprekend bij het verwerken van financiële informatie.
  • Je neemt initiatief en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers volledig worden afgewerkt.
  • Een brede interesse in zowel finance als administratie vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde.
