Jouw rol - de financiële vlam die alles doet kloppen

Hou jij van variatie en verantwoordelijkheid? Dan is deze rol als A-Z Accountant jou op het lijf geschreven. Jij beheert het volledige boekhoudproces: van facturen en balanscontroles tot maand- en jaarafsluiting. Je bent de rechterhand van de hoofdboekhouder en speelt een actieve rol in de digitale transformatie van de financiële processen.

Met jouw analytische blik en hands-on mentaliteit zorg jij ervoor dat de cijfers niet alleen kloppen, maar ook vonken geven. Structuur, correcte rapportering en een solide financiële basis.

🔹 Dagelijkse boekhouding

  • Inboeken van bank- en kastransacties
  • Coderen en verwerken van facturen, bankafschriften en bewijsstukken
  • Afstemmingscontroles op bankrekeningen uitvoeren

🔹 Klanten- & leveranciersboekhouding

  • Debiteurenbeheer voor alle filialen (NL/FR/EN): efficiënte opvolging van achterstallige facturen in samenwerking met afdelingsverantwoordelijken
  • Leveranciersopvolging: correcte controle en verwerking van aankoopfacturen

🔹 Algemene boekhouding & afsluitingen

  • Maand- en jaarafsluitingen voorbereiden en opvolgen
  • Reconciliaties en balanscontroles: loonreconciliatie, afschrijvingen, voorzieningen, intercompany, …
  • Correcte registratie van investeringen
  • Ondersteuning bij audit en statutaire verplichtingen

🔹 Rapportering & digitalisering

  • Periodieke rapportering aan het management: data voor budgettering, planning en ad-hoc analyses
  • Actieve bijdrage aan de digitale transformatie inclusief implementatie van een nieuw financieel systeem
  • Cashflowopvolging en vlotte samenwerking met diverse afdelingshoofden

Wie jij bent een vurige boekhoudexpert

  • Relevante boekhoudkundige ervaring, bij voorkeur in een productie- of industriële omgeving
  • Kennis van Adsolut / Exact Online is een serieus pluspunt
  • Goede kennis van Frans en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk)
  • Ervaring met operationele systemen; kennis van projectmanagement is een troef
  • Hands-on en bereid om ook de dagelijkse boekingen te doen
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en een goede planner - want in brand staande deadlines zijn geen optie
  • Integer: discreet omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht jij blust problemen voor ze escaleren
  • Communicatief sterk: vriendelijk, vlot en klantgericht
  • Echte teamspeler want dit vuur brand je niet alleen aan
