Accountantskantoor Wattel BV in Capelle aan den IJssel heeft een platte organisatiestructuur met korte lijnen en snelle beslissingen. Wij zoeken een nieuwe collega binnen ons hechte team van professionals. Onze groeiende AA-praktijk bedient een brede en diverse klantenportefeuille uit diverse branches en staat bekend om de persoonlijke, informele én betrokken manier van werken. In deze volledig zelfstandige rol krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en werk je direct samen met collega’s én cliënten. Je duikt in complexe administraties, begeleidt collega’s en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen ons kantoor. Je bent 36 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar. Ben jij iemand met ondernemersplannen? Dan zijn er mogelijkheden om op termijn het kantoor over te nemen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Je verbetert administratieve processen en rapportages - Je stelt complexe jaarrekeningen op - Je verzorgt tussentijdse financiële rapportages - Je verzorgt IB- en VPB-aangiften - Je signaleert adviespunten en bespreekt deze met klanten - Je werkt met moderne software zoals Visma Accountview, Visma E-accounting, Exact Online, MLE, MS Office 365 en Exact Fiscaal - Je fungeert als klankbord voor zelfstandigen, kleinere ondernemingen en instellingen - Je begeleidt collega assistent accountants Over het bedrijf Wij zijn een informeel AA accountantskantoor dat ondernemers en organisaties ondersteunt bij financiële administraties, loonadministraties, fiscale aangiften en advisering. Met een compact team van 8 collega’s – waaronder twee fiscalisten, een AA-accountant en vijf assistent-accountants – werken wij nauw samen en staat zelfstandigheid centraal.
