Locatie Delft Je AA-titel op zak. Je hebt ervaring in de samenstelpraktijk en jouw AA-titel behaald. Nu wil je verder: een eigen cliëntenportefeuille, verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw opdrachten en rechtstreeks met ondernemers aan tafel. Bij AAme krijg je die ruimte. Je werkt samen met onze accountants Ronald en Pauline, neemt zelfstandig samenstelopdrachten onder jouw hoede en helpt cliënten én collega's vooruit. Bij complexe vraagstukken heb je ervaren accountants, fiscalisten en andere specialisten dichtbij om mee te sparren. Jouw rol We breiden onze samenstelpraktijk uit. Samen met Ronald en Pauline verdeel je de cliënt- en opdrachtverantwoordelijkheden. Zo ontstaat meer ruimte voor persoonlijk advies, vakinhoudelijke verdieping en de ontwikkeling van ons team. Je krijgt een eigen cliëntenportefeuille die past bij jouw ervaring en ambities. Daarin ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt en bewaak je de voortgang, kwaliteit en afronding van opdrachten. Je houdt je onder meer bezig met: - het uitvoeren en aansturen van samenstelopdrachten, beoordelen van dossiers en afgeven van samenstellingsverklaringen binnen jouw opdrachtverantwoordelijkheid; - het bespreken van jaarrekeningen en tussentijdse cijfers en deze vertalen naar het resultaat, de liquiditeit en de plannen van de ondernemer; - het onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van relaties met Nederlandse en internationaal georiënteerde cliënten; - het signaleren en behandelen van adviesvragen, samen met onze fiscalisten en andere specialisten waar dat nodig is; - het bewaken van de aansluiting tussen jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiften, waaronder IB voor ondernemers en VPB voor ondernemingen; - het aansturen van assistent-accountants, beoordelen van hun werk en geven van duidelijke, bruikbare feedback; - het bewaken van planning en budgetten en verbeteren van onze werkprocessen.
