Bedrijfsprofiel Je komt te werken op de afdeling Engineering en aanleg die verantwoordelijk is voor het ontwerpen en uitvoeren van uitbreiding en vervanging van de hoofdnetten en maatwerkaansluitingen. Er wordt gewerkt in projectteams waarmee je veel contact zal hebben. Daarnaast zal je ook contacten hebben met collega's van andere afdelingen en externe betrokkenen. Als Aankomend Engineer word je intern opgeleid tot zelfstandig Engineer en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte doorstroming en afsluiting van het project. In de functie van Aankomend Engineer heb je een breed takenpakket, zo houd jij als de Aankomend Engineer je bezig met het ontwerp en doe je voorbereidende werkzaamheden voor de uitvoering. In deze functie is communicatie en overtuigingskracht erg belangrijk, je hebt als Aankomend Engineer namelijk veelvuldig contact met collega's en opdrachtgevers die je voorziet van advies over de technische oplossingen. De Aankomend Engineer inventariseert de klantspecificaties en vertaalt deze naar ontwerpen waarbij je denkt aan budget, risico, tijd, informatie en kwaliteit. Eventueel kom je met alternatieve oplossingen en de financiële gevolgen daarvan. Ter voorbereiding van de uitvoering regelt de Aankomend Engineer de schouwingen en technische analyses, zorg je voor de benodigde vergunningen, zakelijke rechten en aankoop van gronden en maak jij als de Aankomend Engineer een globaal netontwerp.
