(Aankomend) KAM-coördinator - Alkmaar

Als (aankomend) KAM-coördinator ben je dagelijks bezig met het waarborgen van de kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieuvoorschriften binnen de organisatie. Je start je werkdag met het doornemen van de lopende projecten en stemt af met voormannen over de juiste kwaliteitsborging op locatie. Vervolgens werk je aan het up-to-date houden van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem, bereid je een interne audit voor of duik je in een vergunningentraject voor een opdrachtgever. Gedurende de dag ben je de praktische schakel tussen het beleid en de uitvoering op de werkvloer.

Werkzaamheden - Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem volgens ISO 9001 - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van interne en externe audits - Signaleren van afwijkingen en initiëren van verbetertrajecten - Coördineren van de RI&E en opvolgen van de bijbehorende actiepunten - Onderzoeken van incidenten en organiseren van periodieke toolboxmeetings - Ondersteunen van opdrachtgevers bij vergunningen, inclusief contact met gemeenten en veiligheidsregio’s - Uitvoeren van werkplekinspecties in de magazijnen en op projectlocaties - Adviseren van het management over het KAM-beleid en rapporteren van risico's

Wij zoeken - Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau met een technische of veiligheidskundige achtergrond - Interesse in en affiniteit met ISO 9001 en VCA-certificeringen - Een afgeronde opleiding Integrale Veiligheidskunde (IVK), MVK of vergelijkbaar is een pré - Bereidheid om de opleiding Middelbaar Veiligheidskunde (MVK) te behalen - Gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden om collega's mee te krijgen in het beleid - Praktische instelling en een hands-on mentaliteit
