Aankomend makelaar - Bestaande Bouw (32-40 uur) Alphen aan den Rijn Woondromen waarmaken is waar De Koning makelaars voor staan. Het makelaarsvak is dynamisch, mensgericht en commercieel, maar ook specialistisch. Daarom bieden wij jou de kans om dit mooie vak stap voor stap te leren in de praktijk. In ons groeipad ontwikkel je je in drie jaar tijd, of korter indien je al ervaring hebt of al gestart bent met de opleiding, tot volwaardig NVM-makelaar met opleiding, begeleiding van ervaren makelaars en ruimte om te leren. Je bent goed in het opbouwen van klantrelaties, krijgt energie van sales en wilt jouw commerciële talent inzetten in een vak waarin je echt iets voor mensen betekent. Het makelaarsvak is misschien nieuw voor je, maar dat is geen probleem. Wij leren je de kneepjes van het vak en bieden je de mogelijkheid om de opleiding tot NVM-makelaar te volgen en jezelf hierin verder te ontwikkelen. Woondromen waarmaken is waar De Koning makelaars voor staan. Het makelaarsvak is dynamisch, mensgericht en commercieel, maar ook specialistisch. Daarom bieden wij jou de kans om dit mooie vak stap voor stap te leren in de praktijk. In ons groeipad ontwikkel je je in drie jaar tijd tot volwaardig NVM-makelaar met opleiding, begeleiding van ervaren makelaars en ruimte om te leren. Jouw groeipad Als aankomend makelaar doorloop je in ongeveer drie jaar een groeipad richting volwaardig NVM-makelaar. Je start in de binnendienst, waar je de werkwijze, systemen en klantcontacten leert kennen. Ook leer je te werken met onze digitale salesfunnel, waar je samen met het commerciële team verantwoordelijk voor wordt. Je signaleert en creëert commerciële kansen voor onze makelaars en krijgt naar mate je meer vaardigheden ontwikkelt, de ruimte om deze kansen zelf op te pakken en verder uit te bouwen. Als dit goed gaat loop je mee met ervaren makelaars om het vak in de praktijk te ervaren. Je gaat mee naar bezichtigingen, waardebepalingen en aankoop...
