Wil jij meer doen dan alleen een begroting opleveren? Als Aankomend Manager Calculatie / Cost Engineer krijg je invloed op grote woningbouwprojecten vanaf circa € 20 miljoen. Je zit vanaf de eerste planvorming aan tafel en werkt nauw samen met projectontwikkeling, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. Jouw berekeningen vormen de basis voor belangrijke keuzes. Welke bouwmethodiek is het meest efficiënt? Waar zitten de risico's? Welke optimalisaties zijn mogelijk? En vooral: is het plan technisch én financieel haalbaar? Jij brengt de antwoorden in beeld en adviseert het projectteam over de beste aanpak. Wat deze functie extra interessant maakt, is het perspectief op de toekomst. Binnen het calculatieteam ontstaat door natuurlijk verloop op termijn ruimte voor een leidinggevende positie. Je krijgt daardoor de kans om jezelf stap voor stap te ontwikkelen van ervaren cost engineer naar een rol waarin je ook een team gaat aansturen. Een functie met directe invloed. Je bent betrokken bij projecten van begin tot eind en ziet wat er met jouw keuzes gebeurt. Je werkt niet alleen met cijfers, maar bent continu in gesprek met collega's uit ontwikkeling, ontwerp en uitvoering. Een gemiddelde dag kan er zo uitzien: je start met een tenderoverleg waarin je samen met projectontwikkeling de uitgangspunten en risico's bespreekt. Vervolgens duik je in de begroting en vergelijk je verschillende bouwmethodieken. Later op de dag beoordeel je offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers en bespreek je mogelijke optimalisaties.
