Assistant/Junior Supervising Foreman Ben jij een nuchtere doener met gevoel voor staal én mensen? Dan is dit jouw kans om door te groeien naar een leidinggevende rol in een hecht en ervaren team. Wij zoeken een aankomend meewerkend voorman die het leuk vindt om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken, overzicht te houden en vooruit te denken. Je wordt de rechterhand van onze huidige voorman en neemt op termijn zijn plek over bij zijn pensionering. Op dagen dat de voorman er niet is, neem jij het roer over. Je stuurt een team van ijzerwerkers en lassers aan, werkt zelf mee, en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. Wat ga je doen? - Leidinggeven aan een afdeling met ijzerwerkers en lassers bij afwezigheid van de voorman - Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden - Samenstellen van hefgeleidekokers - Meedenken over verbeteringen in het werkproces Jouw profiel - Enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke (leidinggevende) functie - Je weet hoe je staal moet richten met behulp van warmte - Goed kunnen lassen en bekend met lasprocedures - Technische tekeningen lezen is voor jou geen probleem - Communicatief sterk in zowel Nederlands als Engels - Zelfverzekerd, proactief en gemotiveerd om jezelf te ontwikkelen - Beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week Wij bieden jou - Een afwisselende, zelfstandige functie in een informeel en collegiaal team - Marktconform salaris - 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen (fulltime) - Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens CAO Metaal en Techniek - Werken op onze scheepswerf in Puttershoek - Gezellige vrijdagmiddagborrel én ieder kwartaal een leuk feestje Stuur een CV & een korte motivatiebrief naar [email protected].
