In deze werkplaatsfunctie ondersteun je bij onderhoud, reparatie en revisie van aandrijvingen en voertuigsystemen, met volop ruimte om stap voor stap door te groeien. Je werkt mee aan technische werkzaamheden voor klanten in de automotive- en industriële sector. Je zorgt dat materialen en componenten op tijd beschikbaar zijn, ondersteunt monteurs tijdens reparaties en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naarmate jouw kennis en ervaring groeien. - Klaarzetten, controleren en verplaatsen van onderdelen, gereedschappen en technische componenten. - Ondersteunen bij onderhoud, reparatie en revisie van transmissies, versnellingsbakken en aandrijflijnen. - Uitvoeren van voorbereidende montage- en demontagewerkzaamheden volgens werkinstructies. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en actief meedenken over praktische, veilige oplossingen. - Samenwerken met monteurs en bijdragen aan een nette, georganiseerde en kwaliteitsgerichte werkplaats. Functie-eisen Je hebt een technische basis en wilt jezelf gericht ontwikkelen in service en onderhoud. Je pakt werkzaamheden zelfstandig op, vraagt door wanneer dat nodig is en blijft zorgvuldig werken wanneer de planning of opdracht verandert. Ervaring in een werkplaats is welkom, maar jouw leerbereidheid en praktische instelling zijn minstens zo belangrijk. - Een afgeronde of lopende mbo-opleiding in mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde, voertuigtechniek of vergelijkbaar. - Ongeveer 1 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een technische werkplaats of serviceomgeving. - Interesse in aandrijf-, voertuig- en mechanische systemen. - Bereidheid om actief kennis op te doen en door te groeien naar de functie van monteur. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief, spreekt je uit over...
