Als aankomend Project Manager Engineering werk je aan projecten van uitzonderlijke omvang en complexiteit. De bouw van een superjacht duurt gemiddeld drie jaar. Voor de klant is dit een persoonlijk proces, waarin een droom werkelijkheid wordt. Binnen dit speelveld van maatwerk, techniek en samenwerking tussen disciplines, heb jij een centrale rol. Dit ga je doen als aankomend Project Manager Engineering Voor jou ligt hier een positie met hoge dynamiek en verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt midden in de engineering van een superjacht, waar disciplines zoals constructie, interieur, exterieur, werktuigbouw en elektrotechniek samenkomen. Alles moet naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. En daar speel jij een sleutelrol in. In deze functie start je als Projectcoördinator. Je coördineert de engineering en leert het proces en de technische inhoud goed kennen. Tegelijk leer je de organisatie en je betrokkenen van binnenuit kennen. Vanuit daar groei je door naar de rol van Projectmanager Engineering. Als aankomend Project Manager Engineering coördineer je de samenwerking tussen deze engineerings-disciplines....
