Ben jij de onmisbare schakel in het gehele fysieke en administratieve proces in ons magazijn én de sleutel voor een gemotiveerd team? Zorg jij, met je team, ervoor dat onze Nettorama supermarkten precies volgens planning hun schappen weer kunnen vullen? Heb je hier nog niet veel ervaring mee maar denk je dat jij over de eigenschappen beschikt om dit op een mensgerichte en coachende manier te doen? Word dan Aankomend Teamleider in ons Distributiecentrum in Nijkerk!

Wat houdt deze functie in? Je bent als Aankomend Teamleider verantwoordelijk voor de processen binnen het Distributiecentrum en stuurt daarbij samen met de Teamleiders en de Warehouse Manager een team van zo’n 80 a 100 medewerkers aan.

- Je bent een natuurlijke leider met een coachende stijl; Je bent niet bang om voor een groep te staan.

- Je weet het beste uit je mensen naar boven te krijgen en bent niet bang om de “waarom” vraag te stellen.

- Je hebt minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau.

- Je werkt graag samen en bent communicatief sterk.

- Je bent ambitieus en proactief en je hebt oog voor het continu verbeteren.

- Je bent flexibel inzetbaar inclusief de zaterdagen en avonden.
