Als Aankomend Uitvoerder ondersteun je bij de dagelijkse aansturing en organisatie van werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats. Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met uitvoerders, projectleiders, projectcoördinatoren en onderaannemers. Afhankelijk van jouw inzetgebied werk je binnen Projecten of Servicebouw. Bij Projecten ondersteun je bij de uitvoering van middelgrote tot grote bouwprojecten. Binnen Servicebouw richt je je op kleinere projecten en serviceopdrachten tot circa € 500.000. Je leert knelpunten tijdig signaleren, schakelt bij waar nodig en ondersteunt bij de projectadministratie. Je wordt begeleid door ervaren collega's en krijgt de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen op de bouwplaats. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je beschikt over minimaal mbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding; - Je hebt 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring in een ondersteunende functie binnen de bouw of servicebouw; - Je hebt basiskennis van bouwprocessen, materialen en veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Je werkt gestructureerd, behoudt overzicht en kunt goed omgaan met meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijk; - Je bent praktisch ingesteld, communicatief vaardig en werkt graag samen; - Je beschikt over een VCA Basis-certificaat of bent bereid dit te behalen; - Je bent digitaal vaardig en kunt goed overweg met Microsoft 365 en planningssoftware.
