Als aankomend uitvoerder ga je aan de slag met verschillende projecten. Je reist heen en weer tussen de projectlocaties, van ziekenhuizen tot scholen. Hiervoor krijg je een auto van de zaak. Je hebt een controlerende en coördinerende rol. Zo controleer je of de vakmannen het werk goed uitvoeren en houdt je de planning in de gaten. Je leidt de verschillende projecten in goede banen en bent daarbij kritisch en eerlijk. Als het werk niet aan de eisen voldoet, geef je dat aan en zorgt je ervoor dat het wordt opgelost. Verder ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de klant, die je op de hoogte houdt van de voortgang. De functie is erg dynamisch en geeft veel afwisseling tussen verschillende projecten. Daardoor is geen dag hetzelfde. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand die affiniteit heeft met techniek en die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat. Veel ervaring is voor deze functie niet nodig, want alles wordt je geleerd. Verder letten we op het volgende: - Technisch mbo diploma, bij voorkeur bouwkundig; - Mondig en staat stevig in je schoenen; - Communicatief vaardig; - Beschikt over een rijbewijs; - Computervaardigheden, waaronder Excel.
