Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Wat ga je doen? Brugman Keukens en Badkamers is onderdeel van De Mandemakers Groep. Al meer dan 50 jaar is het dé specialist in keukens, badkamers, toiletten en woonvloeren. Je vindt er de mooiste producten van hoogwaardige merken. Jij zorgt als aankomend vestigingsmanager ervoor dat élke klant die bij ons over de drempel stapt zich gezien en geholpen voelt. Na de opleiding bij de Mandemakers Academy ben jij klaar om klanten te helpen bij het vinden van hun ideale keuken, badkamer, toiletten en woonvloeren. En je zet jouw commerciële vaardigheden in om de deal te sluiten. Je gaat lessen volgen via de Mandemakers Academy over onderwerpen zoals: verkooptechnieken, technisch tekenen en materialenkennis. Wij leren jou eerst alle kneepjes van het vak binnen De Mandemakers Groep, zodat je dit daarna feilloos over kan brengen aan jouw collega's. - Jij staat graag met de spreekwoordelijke 'voeten in de klei' door zelf actief te verkopen - Jij kan niet wachten om elke werkdag te beginnen met een energieke aftrap waardoor alle neuzen ...
