In deze functie bij Keuken Kampioen krijg jij de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen en om het beste uit jezelf en jouw team te halen. Zie jij jezelf in die rol? Wat ga je doen? Als aankomend vestigingsmanager bij Keuken Kampioen sta je met je voeten in de klei. Jij vindt niets leuker dan verkopen en klanten blij maken met jouw ontwerp. Klanten krijgen van jou een warm ontvangst, waardoor zij zich direct thuis voelen! Je vertaalt de wensen naar een passend ontwerp en deelt advies over prijzen, merken, materialen en indelingen. Naast een commerciële verkoper ben jij ook een motivator voor het team en begeleid je hen in hun ontwikkeling. Als aankomend vestigingsmanager zet jij jouw commerciële vaardigheden in en ga je voor het hoogst haalbare resultaat. Verder: - Neem je de klant mee in de showroom en breng je hun wensen in kaart - Verkoop je complete keukens met àlles erop en eraan; je tekent de keukens en maakt offertes - Begeleid jij jouw medewerkers en zorg je ervoor dat persoonlijke omzetdoelen en winkelomzet doelen...
