The posting

Wat ga je doen? Als Werkverantwoordelijke LS/MS Distributie bij Siers Groep ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en succesvol uitvoeren van onze projecten op het gebied van laag- en/of middenspanningsdistributie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de gestelde veiligheidsvoorschriften, wet- en regelgeving, en richt je op het verhogen van het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen je team.

Jouw focus ligt op het opstellen van veiligheidsplannen en het continu coachen en begeleiden van collega's en extern personeel op het gebied van veiligheid. Jij weet risico's in kaart te brengen, voorkomt onveilige situaties en zorgt voor een vlekkeloos verloop van projecten.

Jouw belangrijkste taken: - Coachen van collega's en extern personeel op veiligheidsbewustzijn, werkinstructies en het gebruik van PBM's (Persoonlijke Beschermingsmiddelen);

- Toezicht houden op de dagelijkse veiligheid van werkzaamheden op projectlocaties;

- Opstellen en voorbereiden van veiligheids- en werkplannen;

- Uitgeven van BEI-aanwijzingen op basis van certificeringen en ervaring;

- Toezien op het juiste gebruik van afschermings- en hulpmiddelen;

- Het aanspreken van medewerkers op veiligheid en zorgvuldigheid;

Geen dag is hetzelfde, en je hebt veel vrijheid om je eigen werkdag in te richten op basis van de inspecties en taken die je moet uitvoeren. Jij weet hoe je kunt plannen en prioriteiten stellen om de veiligheid binnen je projecten te waarborgen.

Dit bieden we jou - Een dienstverband van minimaal 32 uur en maximaal 40 uur per week met een goed en passend salaris;

- Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling;

- 25 vakantiedagen en 13 adv-dagen, zodat je voldoende tijd hebt om tot rust te komen of op vakantie te gaan;

- Alles wat je nodig hebt om je werk goed uit te voeren, denk hierbij o.a. aan een laptop, telefoon en leaseauto;
