Achter elk goedgevuld magazijn schuilt een vlekkeloze organisatie. Terwijl klanten genieten van de verschillende artikelen, zorg jij ervoor dat alles op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats terechtkomt.

We zoeken een aankoop assistent die het aankoopteam kan versterken. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je administratieve nauwkeurigheid met commerciële feeling en speel je een sleutelrol tussen leveranciers, logistiek en de verschillende winkels.

Geen dag verloopt hetzelfde. Terwijl de seizoenen veranderen, zorg jij ervoor dat het assortiment perfect aansluit bij de behoeften van de winkels en klanten.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen van de aankopers bij de dagelijkse administratieve opvolging
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van (seizoens)bestellingen voor verschillende vestigingen
  • Correct beheren en actualiseren van artikelgegevens
  • Aanmaken van nieuwe artikelen en verwerken van wijzigingen in SAP
  • Nauw samenwerken met het Master Data Team voor een correct artikelbeheer
  • Onderhouden van contacten met Europese leveranciers
  • Afstemmen met logistieke collega's zodat leveringen tijdig en correct verlopen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en winkels
  • Structuur brengen in documenten, gegevens en administratieve processen
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen en efficiëntere werkwijzen

Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige opvolging blijft het hele aankoopproces draaien als een goed geoliede machine.

Je houdt ervan om zaken te organiseren, denkt vooruit en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar verschillende projecten en deadlines samenkomen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen aankoop, administratie of supply chain
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je combineert administratieve sterkte met commerciële feeling
  • Nederlands spreek en schrijf je vloeiend, daarnaast kan je professioneel communiceren in het Frans
  • Excel heeft weinig geheimen voor jou; draaitabellen, formules en verticaal zoeken gebruik je vlot
  • Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt
  • Je denkt analytisch, werkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief
  • Prioriteiten stellen en overzicht bewaren gaan je natuurlijk af
  • Samenwerken geeft je energie en je bouwt gemakkelijk duurzame relaties op
