De functie inhoud Als Aankoopbediende in Deerlijk ga je aan de slag met deze verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Nieuwe leveranciers en artikelen voer je correct in in het ERP-systeem.
  • Wekelijks controleer je de logistieke bestellingen en voer je waar nodig aanpassingen uit.
  • In overleg met het magazijn stem je stockbehoeften af en zorg je voor tijdige aanvulling.
  • Je volgt nauwgezet de projectgebonden bestellingen en inkomende facturen op.
  • Jij bewaakt de voorraadniveaus en zorgt dat alles tijdig en volgens planning wordt (bij)besteld.
  • Binnen het team behandel je interne aanvragen voor onder meer IT, kantoorartikelen en schoonmaakproducten.
