Bij Floralux krijg je de kans om samen met je collega's een belangrijke rol te spelen in het aankoopproces van ons prachtige tuinassortiment.

Jouw uitdaging

Als aankoop assistent werk je zij aan zij met onze aankopers en vorm je de spil in de organisatie van ons aankoopproces. Je vervult een centrale rol waarbij je de brug vormt tussen onze leveranciers, de logistieke collega's en onze winkels. Dankzij jouw overzicht en nauwkeurige opvolging verloopt alles vlot, van bestelling tot levering.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en boeiend:

  • Je ondersteunt onze aankopers administratief en zorgt ervoor dat het aankoopproces efficiënt en correct verloopt.
  • Je volgt het ritme van de seizoenen op en zorgt ervoor dat seizoen bestellingen tijdig en correct verwerkt worden voor al onze winkels.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle data steeds correct en up-to-date zijn.
  • Samen met jouw collega's van het Master Data Team ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het volledige artikelbeheer. Je verwerkt wijzigingen nauwkeurig in SAP, creëert nieuwe artikelen en denkt actief mee om problemen snel op te lossen.
  • Je onderhoudt een goede samenwerking met onze Europese leveranciers.
  • Je werkt dagelijks nauw samen met onze logistieke collega's zodat leveringen vlot verlopen en de winkels tijdig over de juiste producten beschikken.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze leveranciers én onze verschillende vestigingen en zorgt ervoor dat alle partijen steeds correct geïnformeerd zijn.
  • Je houdt ervan om structuur te creëren: je zorgt ervoor dat informatie, documenten en artikels steeds op de juiste plaats staan en gemakkelijk terug te vinden zijn.

  • Je beschikt over uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden en werkt punctueel met oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt interesse in tuinieren en voelt je thuis in een seizoensgebonden omgeving.
  • Je hebt commerciële feeling en begrijpt wat belangrijk is voor onze winkels en klanten.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die vlot communiceert en graag samenwerkt met collega's, leveranciers en interne afdelingen.
  • Je bouwt gemakkelijk duurzame relaties op en bent een verbindende schakel tussen verschillende partijen.
  • Je kan goed multitasken, werkt hands-on en blijft flexibel wanneer prioriteiten veranderen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke seizoen periodes.
  • Je houdt van structuur en orde en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct georganiseerd en toegankelijk is.
  • Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel. Verticaal zoeken, draaitabellen (pivots) en formules vormen geen probleem voor jou.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en werkt oplossings- en resultaatgericht.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
